Patients will be changed at the prevailing rates of the agency requesting service.

All other calls requiring ambulatory transportation, that fall outside of these participating agencies, shall be charged according to the following chart with Exception of Hourly rate.

  • Base One-Way (plus mileage)$135.00
  • Base Round Trip (plus mileage)$150.00
  • Trip over 30 miles Each way will be additional unless you are paying an by hour rate Additional Mile$2.00*
